Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- All candles & fragrance products (opened or used)
- Bathroom accessories that have been installed or used
- Cleaning products that have been opened
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
Note: Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
