Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Garden Trading Store purchase, from our elegant bar tables to our handpicked bathroom accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange your item.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All candles & fragrance products (opened or used)
  • Bathroom accessories that have been installed or used
  • Cleaning products that have been opened

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

    (We recommend using a trackable shipping service)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Note: Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size, color, or product? Simply indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs. Photos of the damage may be required.
